I am a yoga teacher, pilates instructor, strength trainer, physical health motivator, and overall fitness enthusiast.

My approach is simple: provide my clients with the physical and mental skills they will need to remain active and healthy throughout their lives.  I am constantly learning and growing as a professional, and as a result, my work evolves to better serve my clients.



I am the friendly voice inside your ear encouraging you to step outside the realms of what you think is possible, and challenging you to do better.   I will continue to encourage you to take it to the next level, and be with you until you get there.

I am the one who believes in you, from beginning to end.


I am here to teach you how to connect with your body, and to understand how it works. Every body is different. Yours requires its own specialized attention, approach and care. Knowledge is your greatest strength, more powerful than any physical exercise.

Through motivation, I help you make exercise a routine part of your life. Through knowledge of your own body,  I empower you to train more effectively and efficiently.

I am offering zoom fitness classes in the comfort and safety of your own home. These classes include:

  • Hatha Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Bands and Ball
  • Ballet Barre
  • Body Sculpt (Free weight training)

Please join me everyday at 9:00am EST for live classes to keep your body and your mind healthy and fit.

Not available in the mornings to workout? No problem! I’ve got over 150 videos on demand in the Dropbox library to accommodate your busy schedule.
