The physical practice of yoga is about developing an understanding of the intrinsic connection between the mind and body, and learning how to use the breath to cultivate this awareness.

Don’t worry about how you look, or whether you are “good” at yoga. Rather, learn to feel how each posture moves your body, breathe into the shapes you create in space, and watch your practice blossom.

I teach from the classical traditions of Hatha Yoga.   My classes include slow and controlled Hatha, and Vinyasa Flow, ranging from beginner to advanced.
