I will start off by saying that Hali is literally the BEST! She pushes me beyond my comfort zone and concentrates on making sure my form is correct. I see more strength and endurance because of her. She has a good mix of cardio and strength training and plans every class so it never feels repetitive. Even in a large class, Hali pays special attention to everyone. She has high energy and her smile and dancing are infectious.  She will find an alternative for you if you cannot do something or have health issues. I feel empowered after her class. It is addictive. This lady is truly amazing!!!

I met Hali a few years back and started going to her classes every week. I’m so fortunate that Hali teaches yoga, body sculpting, and spin. Taking her classes regularly has really benefited my mind and overall fitness level.  She brings such great energy to every class. She focuses on form using positive instruction giving great alternate options as you build your endurance and strength and her great music keeps you going even when challenged. 

I attend her classes because of her ability to create a safe, fun environment where I can continue to challenge myself. My favorite class is yoga; I’ve come such a long way under her instruction. Taking her classes every week is an integral part of my life and I feel very lucky to have found such a great teacher.

I have been working with Hali since 2010. Not only is Hali punctual and flexible she is extremely knowledgable and sensitive to my individual needs.  From cardio and weight  training to proper stretching and yoga, every session we do has meaning to my personal gains and needs.  It’s truly been a pleasure working with Hali for over 7 years.  She has made me look forward to my personal workouts every week!  Thank you Hali for keeping me fit and engaged every week!!!

Hali rocks! I’ve worked with a number of different trainers over the years, and none of them compare to the experience I had with Hali. Besides how much fun she makes every session, Hali has an amazing ability to motivate and encourage.

She designed a program for me that took into account my abilities and limitations, and challenged me enough to keep moving forward. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone, at any fitness level, looking for a true professional.
