Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt is an opportunity for you to flex your muscles! The objective of this class is to recreate natural body movements like squatting, and lifting, with the use of free weights, to enhance our strength and stability outside of the fitness class. Every exercise is preformed thoughtfully, with a clear understanding of what muscle groups we are targeting, and how we properly hold our bodies in the exercise. This knowledge keeps our movements safe so we can work harder to feel the burn!
