One of the most effective and well-rounded forms of physical training is circuit style, because of its intervals of cardiovascular endurance and strength training exercises. I call my circuit classes 20-20-20, because of the ratio between cardio-strength-core exercises in the 60 minute class. 

We start the class with a routine of  high and low impact exercises like jumping jacks, glides and mountain climbers. The middle portion of the class is all about strengthening the major muscles groups that support the joints. No equipment necessary! We cap off our workout with core and abdominal work to have you feeling as though every muscle in your body got the attention it deserves.

20-20-20 is a fast paced, full body workout, that is adaptable to all fitness levels.
