Pilates teaches you how to develop core strength, and promotes proper alignment and balance in the body. This technique is excellent for people looking to build stability, mobility and greater functionality in their neck, shoulders, hips and spine. Pilates also helps you attain stronger, leaner muscles in the abdomen. I use the methods established in traditional Pilates, and integrate them with my experiences as a dancer, fitness and yoga teacher to provide fresh, and integrative classes for my clients.
