Corporate health and wellness programs are becoming more popular because we now know that healthy and active employees make for a happier, and more productive work environment. Physical exercise provides an excellent antidote to the stresses of work, and to the sedentary experience of the worker.
I provide personal training and group fitness classes to companies around the city of Toronto. These sessions take place either in a gym on site, or in a boardroom, where we push the chairs and tables aside to make space.
I offer pre- and post- office hour classes, as well as lunch time workouts, to suit the busy schedules of the company.
